Grill Swap for a 69

I have a 1969 Chevy Custom Camper C20 and its in great condition(some of you probably have seen it here on the board). Of course the Turn signals are up between the headlights. How much work would it take to take that grill off and replace it with a grill like the 72's have? Of course one thing I would need to do is buy a different bumper with the turn signals. Anything else I have to look out for?
