A/C dash help
I'm in the middle of turning my non a/c dash into a/c dash. can some one please take a couple close shots with the vent in and then with the vent out of the sides of the dash, and still not real sweet on the size of the air vent body to hold the ball vents. thinking of a slight modification. but for now please guys just a few pics of with side vents and with out the vents in the sides of the dash for I can finnish this today

Do you have any AC truck in your area like in junkyards? The easiest way to do it is to get a few sheets of white paper lay them over the cut out in the dash then feel through the paper and rub (make sure your fingers are a bit dirty) the edges of the cut out. For the side vents make sure the paper is wrapped around to the bottom edge of the dash and rub the hole thats there for a reference point. You will also have to modify the firewall cut out and you can use the same method for that using a larger piece of paper.
