vinyl dye/paint

Has anyone had expierence using these, and any recommendations, I want to install my new dashpad, and armrests, but the door panels are so faded, I dont want to can spray it if its likely to peel, the door panels are in perfect shape, and Im not changing the color, just want to refresh

i've used dupli-color vinal spray many times with great resultson dashpads doorpanels consoles visors etc never a problem . just make sure you clean and prep the items to be dyed and a couple of light coats works best

Thanks smitty62, is that available at the parts houses, I found the dupli-color at the local pep boys, but not in green, might have to look online

I used the spray from Paddock to do my headliner came out great and still looks like new . They will mix any color.. http://www.paddockparts.com/Paddock/...=false&GiftID=

I used the spray can Duplicolor Vinyl/Plastic paint. Here is a before and after. The door panels feel soft and squishy just like it was dyed, not spray painted.

SEM is available in many of the better parts stores. They'll mail you a color chart if you're willing to wait a couple of days.
