12-bolt Question
Does Anyone Know Of A C-clip Eliminator Kit For A Factory 67-72 12-bolt Rearend That Will Survive Street Use? I Have Spoke To Strange, Mark Williams, And Many Others And They State That Their Kit Is For Drag Use Only. I Definitely Do Not Want Install Ford Housing Ends To Get Around This Problem. Please Help...

Just about all companies that make racing parts like that will tell you that they are for racing only. It basically is for liability reasons.

c-clip eliminators
I run mine on my street cars all the time. Never had them on a truck though. Most of my street cars are set-up for straight line though and don't see much high speed cornering (they handle like a can of beans).

The guy from Moser told me the same thing? I'd also like to know how they would hold up on the street, he said they would leak?

c-clip eliminators
They are more prone to leakage, but I've never had any problems.

I've got a 12 bolt with a Gov-Loc and "C" clips and have not had any problems.
99% steet,1% offroad,...no problems at all.. You don't need "C: clip eliminators for street use.
