I have a TH400 that I wanted to convert to a 700R4. What is a quick way to determine if I have a long or short TH400?? It is a '69 2WD Burb if it matters.

Check the serial numbers on the passenger side of the tranny, it's right above where the pan is, about 3-4 inches behind the vacuum modulator.
