'72 3/4 4x4 350/350 w/Air Common or rare?

Hello I found a pickup fitting the above discription locally and was wondering if that was a fairly common setup or more t'ward the rare side? Around here most all of the 3/4 tons seem to be 2wd. I'm going to go check it out closer after work but assuming it's all original and in ok condition what do you think a fair value would be? I know its hard to judge without pics but it looked pretty straight and rust free flying by at 45mph..

I don`t know production #s,but a highly optioned K/20:Cheyenne,TH350,A/C is a fairly low production vehicle.I wouldn`t call it rare,but certainly a good,if not tough,find.They are rare in some regions,though.

1972 3/4 ton 4X4 127" wheelbase (8 foot bed)
Stepside 755 produced
fleetside 19,648 produced

My book says 33% of all 1/2- 1-ton trucks in 72 came with factory air. It doesn't delineate between 1/2, 3/4, etc. I would say more of the 1/2 tons were A/C than the 3/4 ton. Get a pic of the glove box detail sheet, the truck may have rarer options than A/C.
