'71-'72 centerlink?
I need the center link for my '71 2wd Blazer. I am rebuilding the front end and I have all the parts except the center link. (the thing that the inner tie rods bolt to.) It's not available from gm or my local parts house. Any ideas? Thanks, lolife.

71 -up should work on the 1/2 tons, in other words, the cenetrlink from the next gen truck should fit try shooting for a mid 70's 1/2 ton (73 on, with power steering, if that is what you have). some of the manual boxes had a different sized hole for the pitman arm, & nobody seems to have an interchange.....boneyard part only.....& they cant tell you what fits! best of luck, crazyL

Are 71-72 different length than 70 centerlinks?

Keith,
I have an extra center link, but am not sure what year it is (67-72). If you can get me some measurements, I can see if it will work or not. Jason

Jason,... this is an old post,... and I will have to get back to you with the measurements. I'm not exactly sure what the difference is. I think it is the size of the inner tie rod holes. I ended up using the original one on my Blazer,... but I am in the market for any other ones. I don't think they are available new GM, or aftermarket. You might want to hang on to it if it's a '71-72. I will let you know. Thanks, Keith.

My '70 centerlink measures 31.5" end to end, 23.75" center to center on the middle two holes
