Motor Mount Bolts
Somehow, I have managed to lose my motor mount bolts. I finally bought a set of new motor mounts for my 71 yesterday, but I have no idea what size bolts I need to mount them to the block.
Can anyone help me out here please? I have a SBC 350. Thanks!

It's the course threads, I believe it's called a 3/8-16 bolt, get em 3/4 long. Or, 1 inch long and a good thick washer if you want to.

Since you're such a wealth of great information, any idea about what bolts I need to connect the motor mounts to the towers??
I'm full of questions, aren't I?

If I'm not mistaken the motor mount bolts are a 7/16-14 thread . Thats the ones that are a biotch to get at.

Nah man, he asked for the ones that screw into the block, those are 3/8 for sure.
The one under the mount that goes through the frame stand is the one you're thinking about, it's the bigger 7/16 one.
