4x4 sway bar

Is it advisable to use a sway bar on a 72 4x4 & can I also use a 6" lift with it ? Thanx !

if you are going to lift it 6" I wouldn't fool with the sway bar, I don't really even miss mine in my 85 K10. You will be fine without it. But if you really want to use one then you will likely need some way to lower the front of the bar where it attaches to the frame.
