Flowtech Headers?

Looking for any input, good or bad on them.

Thinking of putting them on my 70 SWB 4x4.

Thanks, Bradleyworld

I have a set and have had no problems. I used 2 gaskets on each side. Make sure you get the bigger tubes. A friend of mine got some and they look they are only about 1.5 inches mine are 2.25

I ran a set of flowtech headers on a 78 grand prix for 5 years and the best addition I made were the copper header gaskets top and bottom.

I use been using Flowtech headers on my daily driver 69 for 7 years now and they are just fine. (on my second set) They do have small tubes (the ones I have anyway) but were made nice and fit great.

Headers only last so long when you drive 'em all the time so I only use cheapy's like this brand. Advance auto is where I got mine for $75-90 the past 2 times I bought them.

I never have trouble with gaskets. I coat each side of the collector gaskets with blue RTV before assembly. They don't blow out with the sealer on.

For the header to engine gaskets, don't bother with the ones that come with the headers. Get the metal foil type manifold gaskets and use them. They're strong like bull.
