Question interior question

does anyone know if gm offered some sort of covering for behind the seat.. i have a 86 k10 with bench seat.. i tried covering it with cheap carpet..but looks like crap...any suggestions?? thanks joe b

i believe Classic Industries sells rubber or carpeting that goes behind the seat.

I don't know if anything was offered from the factory. A friend of mine did a very nice job on his using aftermarket cheap automotive carpet and 3M spray adhesive. At the top, he tucked it under the rear window seal. It looked very good.

some of them had a black cardboard cover that ran from the bottom of the window to the floor with a little ledge on the bottom of it to store stuff in.

thanks for the replies, i'm trying to finish the interior for the second time, did it about two years ago...time to freshen it up...thanks again..any other suggestions....

cornfed63 i have to agree..that back panel is very clean looking,,,just gave me an idea on how to do it.. looks like they used 6x9 speakers.. it's amazing the amount of talent on this board..glad i found it..thanks again..joe b

That looks very nice. I wonder what carpet kit they used for the floor. I need one that goes all the way back like that.

I guess they don't use seatblets....
