found a 72 ,,, whats it worth?

On my way home today I stopped and looked at a 72 swb cheyenne super.
Black and white ,looks like new upper and lower trim , fact tach , fact. air , 454 bb , p/s ,pb . It has been converted to a one peice drive shaft . looks to be very solid . The owner said the paint is over 2 years old but is in great shape . Has a few new parts to go with the truck . He is asking 10,000. but came down to 9500. I dont know if its worth it so if anyone is interrested let me know and I will post so pics. Brian

hey brian, i`ve got a buddy that sold a 72 402 bb with all the stuff, tilt, air (not even working) 2 tone green and white paint. it has a crumby paint job and is in decent shape. he sold it for $7500. if that one down there is in really good shape i would say that`s a good price. i don`t know if you remember but i had pics the time we met you of my friends truck.

I think that black and white paint scheme is pretty rare too. If I remember right, it had the lowest production numbers for paint schemes. I could be wrong on that, but I think that's right.
