Will the heater line fitting I need be standard?
Here is a pic of an odd setup that is on my Blazer that I want to replace with the correct fitting. If I go to the parts store, do I need to know anything specific or just tell them I need a fitting to thread into the intake for the heater hose - I can always pull the existing one if necessary to take to the parts store.

Take the "T" fitting out of your manifold. Then just use the short fitting, with the barb on,in your manifold(the fitting that's pointing to the back now). That would be the stock set-up.Mike

That's 1/2 inch NPT threads with a 5/8 size hose bung.
A real good parts guy will hook you up without raping you with one of those blister packed deals.

If it is a 1/2 NPT/Barb, you should be able to get a nice pretty brass one at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Thanks guys. Bought a ton of stuff yesterday to start reviving the 70 K5 that hasn't ran in about 7 years.
