Pulling front clip - How to thread?
Does anyone have a link to any of the threads discussing front clip removal? I want to pull the front clip on my 67' to make pulling the motor and trans easier as well as giving everything a good cleaning.
I know it's been discussed on here before. How do you unplug the two main electrical connectors on the firewall on the driver's side? Thanks!

there is a bolt inbetween the two plugs that needs to be removed in order to unplug your main panel connection on the back of the fuse panel(under the hood side)

Pretty easy. Real forward heavy when you pull it. Each side: 2 upper fender bolts beneath cowl, 1 fender bolt lower rear of wheel well (within the round stamping). 1 bolt inside upper fender well (Has big honkin washer), 2 radiator support mounts. Keep note of any shims used. Usually beneath cowl and/or beneath the big honkin washer bolt. Pretty sure that's it... Other than removing hose lines, speedo cable clips and ground wires. Don't be afraid of the fuse block. It just has 30 years of gunk in it. Like the prior post says, remove the one center bolt and pry it off. Once removed,clean it up real good with contact cleaner and inspect it for arcing.
If you need c20 radiator mounts, I have an extra set from an order screw up you can have for 5 bucks plus freight. You will have to use your bolts or by some more carrage bolts from the h/w store.
