LBS brake system??

mike, i know you have one of these. is it worth the money to buy one? how much will it cost?

I had one. I removed it when I installed the rear discs. I didn't want anything in the line that might mess with the problems I was having getting everything right. I will probably put it back in sometime.

With rear drum brakes on our trucks always locking up the way they do, the LBS is a great product. It does what it says it will for sure. After I put it on, I never could lock up the rears to the point of the rear coming around on me like before. Panic stops are downright dangerous without it. It's not fun to loose control of the truck when you are trying to keep from hitting somebody. The LBS will stop that. IMO, they are well worth the cost.

Howard Stewart of Stewart Components invented it. He sold it to http://dpiracingproducts.com/product...Systems#DPILBS

The price is $89.95 in the catalog I have from them. It's a couple years old though. You could email or call them to make sure what it costs now.
