Where can I find production numbers for my Blazer?

Hi all,

First post... I have a 1973 K5 Blazer, 2-wheel drive and I'm trying to find out how many of these trucks were produced?

Is there a website that has this information?

Thanks,

Mike

According to the American Light-Duty Trucks book, the figures on this link match....

This page might interest you. http://coloradok5.com/specs.shtml#1973 I assumed the 44841 made in 73 was ALL models 2wd and 4wd but according to the page listed above it was only the 4wd models. Odd that the page above lists only 73 model years numbers though. Nice looking ride. I have a 75 Jimmy 2wd

Hi guys.
I have a 1980 2wd with 84 clip. I was talking to a guy last year at www.gm.com and he told me only 7% of any Blazer year production was 2wd. 1980 was 39,689 total.
My pic is up on 73-87 TOM site.
I don't know if you have it down there but in Ontario we can write to GM Canada in Oshawa. They have a vintage division. You send in your vin with $45.00 check and they will mail you back the build info on your truck and production info for the year.

Doug
