69 shortbed came with the 250 just bought parts truck with 350 72 but it does not have the casting part on block to hold the clutch shaft. Anyone have suggestions and do you guys no of anyother problems with this swap. dave

If it's a 72 block it should have bosses tapped for the clutch linkage. The linkage (zbar, ball stud, etc) for a v8 is a different animal and the i6 pieces won't bolt on.
