69 GMC Truck Box
Were the floors wood or steel...I have heard that they were steel and I have heard that steel wasn't an option until 70 or was this a option in 69???

Steel floors became standard in 67 in all fleetside beds (exception longhorn models), with wood floor an option.
Wood floors were standard (and the only option) in stepside beds up thru 1987 and longhorn fleetsides came standard with wood as well.
