camaro tilt

Anyone know if a 77 camaro tilt column will work in a 69 truck? Have one that was given to me. Has a little damage to the threads that hold the wheel on but looks repairable.

Hmmm, I'd bet that I could find you a van tilt and move the NSS and trade you even up. What color is your Camaro tilt?

The easiest way to fix the threads on the end of the shaft is with a thread file. Ask me how I know.

I question his reasoning...but the guy who I wanted that for said he'd pass.
His is light tan, and he wants to replace it with one of the same color...I told him we can paint it, and he went through the roof.
Thanks though,
