What's the story there? Is it for sale? That's a nice looking truck.

Great looking little truck.

tilt column too.

Has the wrong water pump and brackets on the engine though. Also, looks like the power steering pump is missing.

tilt

probably can't see it on the pic, but the ign. switch is on the column, so you're right in saying it has tilt, but the wrong type for this year.

What ever it is, hopefully they didn't mutilate the column taking out the shifter handle to put that floor shifter in.

Tell him if he doesn't get it out from under the trees he isn't going to have much left to sell.
Looks like what I do need for a daily driver. What kind of trans does it have. And what view is that of in the third picture in the second set?
Let me know when he does set a price. I would be interested.
Thanks
Dennis

I take it you ment the 3rd pic in 1rst set. It's the spot under the battery on the core support. Don't know about the tranny.

If it " maybe" for sale, I'd walk over with a fist full of $50 dollar bills. Slightly wrinkled ones, makes a grand look like a lot of money. whatever you think it's worth to you have that amount on you.Count it , wave it in his face, if he don't take it , put the cash back in your pocket and walk away slowly.. This works sometimes if they need the money. But make sure he's not holding a big wrench,, in case he really need the money.

Looks like a $1,500 builder: sitting outside, parts in cab, bent bed panel, bent bumper, paint rough, rust in CS, wrong parts. Maybe a little more if the cab & doors are excellent.

It looks more like a 71 model with the rear view mirror attached to the cab and the absence of the screw on the doors by the vent.
Also the door panels appear to be earlier than 72.

This truck would make a nice project if it is structurally sound and if the price was right.
