Well I finally got the cab on so I could see if the Big Block had enough room, and I'm happy to say it did.

All I did was move it forward 2 1/4 inches, no body lift or anything else.

Now it's time to get started on all the body work.

I see you were smarter than me, test fitting before laying down the paint.

Looks great - I have a feeling I will be moving mine forward at some point.

Now Yukon Jack, I wouldn’t say smarter, I actually should thank you. Watching your project and learning from it is the reason I did the test fit. There's no telling what kind of problems I would have run into if it wasn't for the people on this board, and yourself that take the leap first. We have to learn from each others mistakes,

because if we didn't then that wouldn't be very smart. So thanks!

Bram, what kind of radiator is that and it looks like it uses the factory brackets? that right? What it set you back?

stelth2002, here is the link for the rad I used, and it is using the factory mounting points, I did have to do some trimming though. I don't remember the price, but it wasn't cheap.

on jegs it is 579 for an automatic becool radiator

None! I have tried everthing to get twisted up and nothing. So far so good!!!!! Seems to be just as strong.
