I can't say for the headliner, because I used screws instead, but for the cargo light It wasn't that hard after I measured everything about a 100 times and made sure I was centered up. Take your time and cut small.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

I also used screws for my headliner and some double sided tape. Havn't had any problems with it now for 2 years. Have no idea how you would cut holes for those little tabs.

It takes alot of time and patience. You need a drill and a good selection of files. In my opinion it would be very very hard to do it without a cab that had a headliner right next to the one that you want to cut the holes in. You have to figure out where the holes go somehow.

For the cargo light, in the Factory assembly manual there is a page that shows the dimensions of all the holes for it. If you need to see it let me know I will scan it.

Re: Headliner trim and cargo light????
X2 on Liquid Nails.
That's what I used when I first redid my 71'. It never budged or came undone. I had to build a brace for it while the glue hardened though out of a small rectangle piece of plywood and two 2x4's for support. Trevor
