Question Looney Tunes

I purchased a 1969 Chevy C-10 for $300. I have taken out the straight six and 3 speed transmission. I droped in a 350 with automatic transmission from a 1998 Chevy 1500, and Have not bolted anything up yet. This is my first project, Can anyone tell me what problems I'm gonna encounter in my new setup?

As you may have already figured out, you might need another driveshaft. Your new setup will be awesome once you get it bolted up and running. Welcome from Virginia! Oh, did you get an automatic crossmember?

Welcome to the board from southern oregon... If the motor is still fuel injected and you have the 4l80e or what ever tranny came in those truck's you are gonna have a wiring issue first...

Thank's guys for the welcome and the advice. Some of the things you mention I have address i.e. the automatic crossmember and fuel injection. I went to the salvage yard and picked up a crossmember. I replaced the fuel injection intake with a new Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and 1406 carburetor. I will be installing the distributor, Hooker Headers, and Holley fuel pump this weekend. Will I need to change the engine mounts?

The I6 mounts will work, but the location is different.
