Finally in and primed.
Finally got the newest addition complete on my truck. My dad sourced the panel I required out of a burnt 2000 Silverado and welded it in for me. I can't wait till the truck is painted now.

That looks pretty cool with a 3rd brake light. Nice clean job too...

For some reason all of the "in progress" pics are on my work computer, I do however have some before pictures of it here at home. To kinda give you a visual until Monday I have taken a '68 GMC lengthened the cab 20", and put it onto a '92 3500 5.7l chassis. and took stepside fenders and created the dual wheel fenders for the box. The cab will soon sport front and rear seats out of a 2001 Silverado. The truck will soon be inferno red pearl metallic and then I can start installing all of the goodies that I bought while down in Hershey PA last fall, including a brand new grille.

BTW that is a picture of it right after I bought it in front of my parent's business, as you can probably tell old vehicles run in my family. My two brother's and I all own '68 's, unfortunately I am the only smart one who owns a GMC.

As requested here are a couple of in progress pics
Here are a couple of pictures that I found of its more current state. I will post more as I come across theme as them as they are spread out over two digital cameras and three computers. I will have some pictures of the cab mounted later this week.

Thanks Brian. It is starting to take shape, I am taking the motor out this weekend and having the frame "soda blasted", the long road of reassembly will soon begin.
