I am working with the frame of my 71 GMC shortbed and I noticed that some of the frame brackets are pulled away from the frame as much as 1/4 of an inch. The rivets are still in holding the brackets to the frame and the are solid, (the brackets do not move any way all). Should fix this by taking the rivets off and put new bolts to pull these brackets back flush or just leave them as is? Thanks for responding
