anybody needa 4 speed transmission? Ive had it for about 2 months i got it from another board member in a parts deal...i dont need it

I had it sold but it fell thru.....Im open to any offers or any intresting trades i may even give it away if someone comes and gets it.

its a sm465 thats all i know about it
i got it from 72c203503onthetree (mark)

it weighs a ton and needs a pto cover
probaby cost alot to ship it

it someone comes and gets it ill take 100 bucks

Honestly, I misunderstood you.

I saw "AL 4 speed" and never thought "Alabama"

I thought "aluminum 4 speed" which would be an A833, which were used in some of these trucks in later years. It's a 4 speed with overdrive that drops in place of the original Saginaw 3 speeds. I'm looking hard for one of those.

so what kind of tranny is it?
bell houseing, and short or long tail. is it the kind w/ granny low or is it an overdrive.
and what kinda bell housing will it need if not.
what did it come out if and will it use the drive shaft from a 3spd lwb?
with the right kinda answers i might be interested.
