Does anyone know if the doors will flex too much & crack from the daily opening & closing when you take the support of the vent glass out? Mike

Board member pont has the one piece glass and the door seems to be holding up just fine..

I think that would depend on how much rust you have

seriously you shouldn't have any problem, whatsoever.
