Still looking for steering wheel
I posted this a few months ago but thought I would try again. I would like to put a 3 spoke steering wheel (aluminum spokes with black rim) on my truck but was hoping not to have to shell out repro prices (about $500 Canadian by time all accessories are added in) for a new one. Does anyone have one in decent shape they would like to part?
Here is a pic of what I would like: ![]()

Thanks everyone. I can buy a repo here for $350 Canadian or so, but that does not include horn cap or taxes. I was hoping to pay around 200 or so US for a good used one. I will see what I can do with that last ebay one. Thanks again.

I don't know, but I'd like to have the car that that wheel is attached to!

I found mine complete in a Buick Skyhawk for 15 bucks. I still stumble across the odd one in other than black once in a while. It's been along time since I've found a black one but it's still worth lookin'.

I really like those wheels and have considered buying one for my Blazer.
Grant sells a repo that looks pretty good. It's the 967 model: http://www.grantproducts.com/ The MSRP is about $160 or so US with the bowtie horn button. One issue is that the dish is over 4" and I would be afraid that our trucks column setup is so close now that it would put the wheel too close to you. |

StingRay: I have looked at Skyhawk wheels, but always see colors, not black. They are nice, but I need a black one so I guess I have to pay the $.
Already Gone: I might try RPM today. One repo guy in Ontario quoted me 500 bucks for complete setup. Original Parts Group wants $152 for wheel alone, or $250 for a kit with horn cap, etc. $250 converted to USD is $299, so even with shipping it might still be cheaper to buy across border. I don't mind paying for good parts, but I have seen buckets/console (and your newer buckets) on here for that amount. At least others have an idea of what this stuff will cost now. I am going to check around to see who will give me the best deal. Thanks to all who responded.
