Will 18's fit or be safe with 17's??
Hello
I've been surfing www.streetdreams.com and was wondering if 18X8 " rims with 255/55/18 tires would fit our trucks, with a 4/6 drop. I've seen 17" rims on a few trucks that fit nice, but will 18's work? Any body have 18X8's?

From all of my research - 20's will work. 18's aren't a problem at all. Do a search...there's a bunch of threads.

They better, i've got those exact size torque thrust II rims and toyo tires brand new stacked in my basement just waiting for the rest of the truck to get done so they can be put on. Do a search for 255/55/15 and you'll find some pics of them. I can't remember who it is that has them, but I know someone does. Later, ......Jerry
