S10 seats fit OK?

I found a nice set of buckets out of a 00 blazer. They are a bit narrow but have plenty of redeeming qualities like close to the right color, power etc. Has anyone fit these into a 67-72 and if so how did it work out?

I've been taking a lot of measurements. It just seems the S10 seats would be too narrow. That's too bad cause these are out of a S10 style Trailblazer (high end blazer). They have power everything and are in great shape. S10 buckets measure about 19.5". Full size late model buckets measured at 23". Stock bench seat is 60". That would have to be a huge console to fill the gap.

Anyone else try these and find them too small?
