1st disk brake job is done
Well its not on my 68 chevy. Man I wish I had disks on that one. Nope this is for my 01 Gmc Sierra. It wasnt anywhere near as bad as working on a drum setup BUT let me just say that I do not like star nuts. I had to use my torque wrench to get that sucker off of there I managed to get the job done. Thanks to all who helped me out. I appreciate it.
Brad

When you say star nuts, do you mean torx head bolts?

I just did the front discs on my 02 Sierra and I stripped one of those damn things out. Took for ever to get it out and now to replace the bolt is $10.

Get some torx sockets that fit on your 3/8 drive ratchet. They are a million tiumes better than the ones that look like screwdrivers.
