are they worth the money or do they really help?

I've found the Covell Metalworking videos to be very informative. I think if you can get one good piece of info from them they can be worth it.

efabman's are soposed to be pretty good as well. i'll be ordering mine in the next couple of weeks. i havent heard of covell metalworking videos before so maybe i'll have to check that out as well.
