help
any of you had good luck with jason at suicidedoors ive placed an order and dont know if he got it tried to call for three days at differnt times and got and operator that said "no one was answering, good bye" i did the ordering form the site and spend close to a $1000.00 on a credit card so i hope it went through.just wondering.Ive delt with some real pieces of work in the aftermarket(people not parts)so i hope he is better than most.It seems the people i deal with in off road parts are quick to respond to your order.Bluetorchfabworks expecialy, they mack some good brackets that will work for air ride.I have some of there stuff on my bagged 97'crew cab dually.no limited is another good place to order from with quick response.I know people get busy and im not faulting jason just wondering how he was at responding, thats all. i have had no luck with F.B.I so i hope all goes well i need a good shop to help supply my shop with air ride equipment and verious differnt parts. thanks for the help

Don't fret..sometimes Jason is a little hard to get ahold of...I'm sure they got your order. I don't think you will be disappointed at all with the product...I've bought both a FBI and SD four links...no comparison...if you want pm me with your info and I'll see what I can find out...

thanks for your rather large order. i appreciate it very much. i checked on your order and it shipped today. you can track it from our site using 322C as your assigned invoice number. you should see it within a couple days. the "E" valves are a really good valve. its the only valve on the market where each one is actually tested at 110% of its max pressure rating before it ships to the customer. i have sold a few thousand of these already with only about 10 faulty valves on the return. thats the best consistancy in a valve that i've found so far. if anyone ever has a problem with them they will be taken care of asap. jason ***************** |

Like I mentioned above, I'm glad to see you pop in to address the OP in a public forum. I'm all stocked up on parts for my hoop-tey for now but will definitely reconsider shopping with you when the time comes (and the time ALWAYS comes with the Wallet Eater) to get some more stuff.

Now that is good customer service! Jason JOINS our website just so he can answer questions concerning a new customer's order. Call it Public Relations ... call it Customer Service ... call it whatever, but he did put forth the effort.
And if any of you are wondering ... NO ... I have never purchased anything from ***************** and don't know these guys ... but you can bet I will put them on my "future" list of folks to purchase from. Thanks Jason and welcome to our little corner of the web. |

Suicidedoors is by far the best aftermarket company I have ever dealt with. Great communication, super quick to get the product out, and some of the best prices out there. Won't hesitate to buy from them again.

I wouldnt say great communication cuz Ive been calling for three days now and have only gotten it to ring once but nobody answered. I cant imagine how much business they lose because of this. I will still use them just because of the good rep. from everyone(plus the free shipping). And what really doesnt make sense is they have like a 6 page ad in the new M!N! Truckin Mag. but I dont think they were ready for the huge amount of business they would recieve from ads such as these.

Being busy isn't anything new for those guys...it's been that way for a couple of years now. He does have help on the way, he's hired to guys that have alot of air suspension experience, he's just waiting for them to move to Indiana from California and Texas. I guess it would be alot easier to get thorugh if he was a prick and tried to get off the phone as fast as possible when people call...but he doesn't...he takes the time to answer everybody's questions. If you know what you want, just place your order on the site. I have had good luck calling between noon and one Michigan time.
As for contacting E Valves...it's kinda obvious...www.eairvalves.com You may want to talk to Jason...he's in good with those guys and he buys so much that your cost from him may be about the same as your cost from them...

I bought my plates, cups and bags from Jason and would rather help out a fellow trucker than a greedy corporate company.
I KNOW YOU GOT A 73-87 STYLE SHOP TRUCK JASON! How about a bolt on four link for us? We would buy it in a chevy hearbeat
