Well went out today and told the man to get the ring and pinion
going to take out the 4:11 and go with the 3:73 no 700r this time going the cheep way out . $1300 or $450 will go the cheep rout Wonder how low it will drop the r's

I don't think you're gonna like the small change in rpms when going from a 4.11 to a 3.73.... sounds like a bigger waste of money than if you'd gone with the 700R4.... save up for the trans instead, you'll be glad you did...

yeah it wont drop them much, going to taller tire would change rpm quicker and easier

I've got to agree with the other guys. 10% just isn't enough for what it will cost. I'd go with the taller tires and keep saving the nickels and dimes for the 700.

Look into these guys if you already have a good tranny and you want lower RPM's.
