Defroster Hose Length
Could somebody please get me the measurement of the right side defroster hose that goes into the defroster vent. I had ordered the kit and while trying to get it on it broke and I through it away. Now I am gonna go to NAPA, try to get hose made out of the same material, and have it an extra inch or two long.
I am wanting to know how long it is so I can figure out how much I need. (Hopeing to go first thing in the morning)

Should be able to buy the hose, compressed(lengthwise) in a box. Stretch it out and cut it however long ya want it.

The right side is fairly short, but I'd get at least 3' of hose and not cut it - just compress it to fit. That way if the end breaks you can just cut the bad off and still have plenty of hose to re-attach.

I tried to get some defroster hoes at NAPA and they didn't have it in stock. They said they could order it though. I only have a short chunk left so I was just going to guess at 3' per side and then cut it down from there.

I ended up going to NAPA and getting some. I didn't get the OEM material like I wanted to match the others that I got from GMCPaul. They only had the junk that looks like drain hose. Oh well, It'll still work. Guess I shouldn't be so picky, just want it to be right.

Off topic...but worth saying
I found that small hose clamps help keep the hose in place on both ends...a bit of a pain to tighten them up though.
