Fixed My Manifold!!!
After three days of working on it (after work) I managed to drill out a new 3/8" hole for the thermostat housing, and get the damn thing tapped with clean threads. Ruined two taps and a handful of drill bits, but I got it. The new thermostat's in with new bolts. I'm ready to rock-n-roll with new hoses now.
'Bout time.
