Coil Spring blocks?

I thought i saw on here once some coil spring blocks for sale? they were like a spacer between the spring and cup to add like 2 inches to the stance. i think this would level my ride out pretty nice. anyone know?

I would say that this is totally dependant upon the springs you have now and the engine weight.
If you don't have enough travel in your suspension it won't work anyway.
There is only so much space before you hit the bump-stops. Plus, even if you get it there the ride will be compromised. You need some jounce travel or the truck will ride terribly.
Swapping to big block springs (if you have a small block) may give you some height, but again ride?
Depending upon the year of the truck, you may find some kind of "pre-runner" kit that will give you some lift. They generally replace the spindle and/or the upper control arms, so they aren't cheap.

Maybe some new springs for the front will do something? especially if yours are sagging some?
Over-all I wouldn't use any kind of block/spacer on the front springs.

try the HD Moog coils, they should level your truck up pretty good, as far as spacers go a 3/4" spacer, wont lift it 3/4 of an inch, it would raise it a couple inches due to suspension geometry. As far as prerunner lift kits, they are only coils, ball joint spacers and the expensive ones have tubular control arms, nobody currently makes a spindle lift for anything pre 88.
