Cab Floor Hump
Is there a way to determine if you have a high or low hump?

If the floor is almost flat in the middle, you have a low hump.

It would be easy for me to do, it all depends on your skill level. (the reason I say this is because I've met people that can't gap a spark plug) If you can cut and weld metal then it would be a piece of cake.

That should have been a high hump, I'm pretty sure that all big block trucks had high humps.

No need to weld if going from low to high hump.

Even though all factory big block auto trucks were high hump, it will fit under a low hump too.
When I converted my 70 from 6 cylinder 3 speed to 454, turbo 400, it all fit under the low hump without problems. Initially, it was snug in some areas, but when I replaced the old original cab mounts with new ones, it raised the cab near and inch, then it all cleared by a mile.
