theres a little hole above the key that you have to take a paperclip and push in at the same time turn and giggle pushpull the key counterclockwise and about the hundreth time you try it it will just pop right out
I'm originally from riverhead

If its any other than a 67..... you put the key and and turn key to accessory position then stick a paper clip in that little hole next to key hole and it will be able to come out with a little twist further. If a 67 the paper clip goes in while its in the off position.
Your feeling to push a little spring in that locks the tumbler in. Then twist tumbler out with the key in, and get the bezel off after that. If you havent got a key that works ......ohh, thats more fun |

Paper clip works, but sometimes the metal is kinda soft and then they bend . If you have a small peice of stiff steel wire it works even better. Even when you know how to do it it can be REAL frustrating, so swear lots & take lots of deep breaths.
