He used to do a concert at the Fat Stock Show at the Houston Rodeo. I think he is being driven around the arena. But how would I know, I am to young. LOL

You are right it was not from a movie, it was a concert in Houston on Feb. 27 1970........

Yeah i'm prety sure it's from the houston Rodeo. I'm too young..but I looked on the rodeo archive site, he played there in 1970.

Definitely a Blazer in the second pic, you can see the CST door emblem and the K/5 Blazer emblem on the fender.

I was at that show. I grew up in Houston, and my Mom was an Elvis fan...we went to the Rodeo every year, and saw The King every year he was there...I was 8 years old, but I can still remember girls jumping out of the stands and trying to run over the broken dirt Astrodome floor to get to Elvis...the cops would chase 'em and drag 'em down...just like a calf scramble! Lots of fun.
