coil rear end

I have a 3:08 posi rear setup for coil springs. My truck is leaf springs. Would you cut the pads off the coil rear and put leaf pads on to use or keep looking for a leaf spring rear? The rear in my truck now is 4:11 posi and is just way to low of gears. I havent dealt with a coil frame before. What would it take to switch the truck over to coils?
Thanks....

couldn't you just switch the carriers?? It's not that hard to set-up gears, just takes some patience. Wanna sell the 4.11 posi?? as long as it's a 12 bolt truck rear.
