I found it to be a excellent kit, and easy enough to install. I only did a 2.5 inch drop using spindles, so didn't have to totally release the springs from the pockets. Might be a little more
difficult if lowering springs are also used. I spent part or one day installing the spindles and rotor / caliper assemblies. The next day spent replacing front brake lines and part of rear line to match up with the prop valve purchased from CPP. One thing I added was some 5/8" heater hose wrapped around brake hoses and secured with wire ties to prevent wear of hoses by the upper control arms. Also be aware that with the disc brake setup the wheels will sit out further than the drums. I guess for most people this isn't really an issue. In my case I have 16" rims and tall tires. While cornering I hit a dip in the road and tire rubbed against fender well. Will either go with smaller tire or get rims with an offset to allow the tires to tuck in. Anyway - have fun - good luck |
