How to add power brakes & steering
I'm looking for advice on adding power steering and power brakes to a 67 4wd truck (drum brakes all 4)......what's the best way and what's needed?

Adding power brakes is almost as easy as unbolting the Master cylinder from the firewall and pulling it out far enough to bolt the booster up to the firewall. Change the rod from the pedal to the booster and adjust everything to your liking. Now swapping to disc brakes is a little more involved, one of the next mods on my list.

That's simple enough, I thought I might have to change the master cylinder also. Thanks

What do I get the power steering gearbox off of? The book looks like 67/68 Chevy & GMC trucks only, will the 69-72 work??

I've been trying ot get my power steering off of my 72 to work for about a week now.
It bolts up (very difficutly) and then the steering colum is rubbing the inner fender on my 67 and the pitman arm is angled a bit going into the rest of teh suspension. This is from a 3/4 ton truck to a 1/2 ton but should still work i thought. Also had to remove the bumper brace on that side. Getting to just buy a new gear box for a 67 and pitman arm. There must be a diffrence or so i keep telling myself |

Did you dimple the frame on your 67?
