Talking fold over bench seat 68 GMC

I normally run on the 73-87 board as that's what I'm working on, but I have a stock seat out of a 68 GMC that I owned many years ago. It is a fold over bench. Will need to be recovered, but has been in storage for quite some time. Anybody interested just PM me.

bench seat

After looking this seat over real good this weekend, it looks like all that is of any use to anybody would be just the frame, springs, and runners. The shed that it was in had offered some protection from direct moisture, but it has been in there for about 15 yrs. It could probably break down for shipping but that as could take awhile it is stored about 30 mile from where I live. Also would just have to check and get some quotes, unless some one wants to come pick up just as is. It is located in Wellington, Ks., but I live in Derby, Ks. Asking $20 plus shipping or any other arrangements that can be made for any one still interesed.

Can you tell if any of the springs are broken or rusted to the point where they will break?

68 bench seat

No broken springs or any indication thereof. Just your basic rust from being stored.
