how about wooden floors

Wich Suburbans have wooden floors? Or have all Burbs till 1972 woodenfloors?

All 67-72 Burbs/Panels have a wooden floor in the cargo area. 73+ Burbs have a steel floor.

my 69 panel has a wooden floor, but it has the metal slats..so it appears to be like the wooden bed trux. When I crawl underneath though, it is one sheet of wood.. that's kinda weird.. but my parts panel has exact same setup

Saxmo, Mines the same metel strips and a solid sheet underside. And im sure it original.

I'm pretty sure the metal strips in a panel are to protect the floor. My 65 is the same way. Panels were made for hauling stuff!

Actually, mine is two pieces, not really halves but pretty close. There are five metal strips running the length of the floor, one of them covers the joint between the two pieces, the rest are sitting on the plywood floor.
