Jack? I don't need no jack! I have never had one in my truck, all i have is a pair of jumper cables, 1 gallon of water, and 1 quart of oil. I thought of getting a jack but just never have botherd with it.

I tossed my old OEM jack awhile back. I use the Wal-mart special as well. Nothing special but faster than the other style old crank ones.

jack
I still have the OEM jack under the hood in its proper place, but when traveling on the road the spare is in the back along with a 2 ton suv/truck floor jack that I picked up at Wal-mart for $40

I had jack from walmart and the damn thing crumpled in half and I almost had my Blazer sitting on me. I was just done getting it jacked up and was taking off the tire. I was getting a some blocks of wood set up underneath my axles when the whole thing went sideways. I personally will never buy one again. I picke up a decent 2.5 ton jack at the pawn shop and have had no problems with it.
