Rear end diameter?
Does anybody know the diameter of the axle tube on the 71-72 c10s?
I would assume the 67-70 tubes are the same diameter as well. I am ordering the drop blocks and ubolts for the rear and they need the diameter so they can put the correct bend in the u-bolt. Thanks............Bill |

Most a 3" if is the 10-12 bolt. Im not sure about the Dana's

The axle tube on my 70 is 3" in diameter

Keep in mind that the Ubolts set at an angle to the axle,making them a little bigger.

3" tube.The ends of the u bolts are 4 1/4" centers.
