No answer on GD board
I'm trying to find out why I would be sending oil out the number one exhaust. On a 92 Grand Am. I think its a ring, but someone said it might be a valve. Either way I'm tearing it down now. Thanks, Jeff.

Do a compression test on that cylinder. If it matches the rest that should rule out a ring.

Thanks, Randy says its a valve seal and so did Ben67. I'll check the seals when I get the head off. Can't do a compression at this point. I pretty much have the motor tore down. Jeff.
