bolt question

Getting ready to put some parts back on the truck and didn't label any of the bolts.
I am pretty sure that the door hinge bolts are a fine thread but what about
bolt size, length and thread type for:
1. hood to hinges
2. hood hinge to fenders

One other question
since the truck was painted disassembled do I paint all the bolts body color or Black?
The hood hinges will be black so I figure all hood and hinge bolts can be black but for bolts like door hinges and fender/inner fender just inside wheel well/cowl mount bolts whatcha think I should do?

I used all stainless from a fastner shop. The bolts are not the factory style with the threaded tip but I had all my pannels lined up perfectly so I have no need for them. I am also polishing all the bolts no numbers just shiny bolts. I also got the next size smaler washers and I am drilling them out with a numbered bit so the washers are centered on the bolt head when tight. I cant help you with the sizes but just grab the old oes and match them up.

You would never get the bolts tight with out chipping the paint off the head.

Thanks for the info guys. I went out behind the barn and took one hood hinge off a parts truck so that I could match up the bolt sizes.
