Talking would this HEI Distributor work?

looking to buy a new HEI distributor. looking for a good brand like MSD or mallory. i notice it has a few extra wires there.. would i be able to add this to my truck without having to buy a control box/module? not sure how they hook up yet.

joel, unless your absolutely determined to buy something like what you have shown,i would go buy a reman unit from a parts store with a warranty.most remans carry a lifetime warranty, and are good for you app unless you have a alky burning street truck.

You are such a Ebay Junkie.

Dont you have a Speed Shop in your town ? Just drop in there tell them what you have and they will hook you up.

The Mallory is a good unit but it not anycheeper to buy it off Ebay. CDNtire had the on sheld for 175 or so last tim I checked. The coil was another 80.
